Great company, I have used them before and recommended them to three of my neighbors. When my water heater failed recently, I called and was scheduled within 30 minutes. The tech, when he arrived, was in a fully equipped service van (no part chasing). The issue was diagnosed within 10 min, and the repair was made quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional; the labor and parts charges were fair. Nobody wants a cold water heater, but the excellent repair experience with Stan The Hot Water Man will make it easier to accept.

We wanted to preemptively replace our hot water heater before it went out, and had the opportunity to take our time and call around for quotes. For our lowboy water electric water heater, we were quoted all over the map- the highest was over $3000. I am so happy to report that the google reviews for Stan the Hot Water Man are right-- their pricing was beyond fair, they were easy to communicate with, and they showed up and we had a new water heater in about 3 hours. They were so efficient, knowledgeable, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. We're going to use them for yearly maintenance of the unit going forward, because I know I won't need a new hot water heater for a while!
